FinTech, e-commerce, GDPR. We are looking for someone who treats the law as a tool that supports business and can run projects independently.
about this role
You will join a team that supports leaders in the digital market and builds legaltech solutions. We work in a focused, project-based way, close to our clients' business.
We are not a typical law firm. We combine legal advisory with hands-on implementation support, so our recommendations actually work in our clients' sales, marketing, and operations.
We are looking for someone who enjoys ownership of a project, can work autonomously on the substance, and can explain complex issues in simple terms.
Commitment
120-160 hours per month
Work model
Hybrid: remote + 1 day a week at the office in Gdynia
who we are looking for
We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker with the title of legal counsel or advocate (admitted to the bar) who feels at home in the modern digital services environment.
Industry experience
At least 2 years of practice in e-commerce or FinTech and in personal data protection.
Autonomy and analytical skills
Ability to lead topics independently and draw practical conclusions for the business.
Clear communication
A light writing style and the ability to explain complex legal topics in simple language.
Language
Very good command of English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Cultural fit
We are looking for someone who does not take themselves too seriously and treats both team members and clients as partners.
Appearance
Willingness to run webinars and training sessions for clients.
scope of responsibilities
The role covers the full advisory cycle: from risk analysis through preparing documentation to implementing recommendations on the client side.
- End-to-end legal services for clients from the FinTech and e-commerce sectors.
- Preparing external documentation: contracts, terms and conditions, privacy policies.
- Creating internal documentation: compliance and GDPR.
- Running training sessions and webinars for clients and business teams.
- Collaborating on the development of legaltech tools built by Legal Geek.

Flexible workload
